Corporate AI Training

What to look for when choosing an AI training provider for your team, and how the main funding schemes for employers work.

Buying AI training for a team is a different decision from picking a course for yourself. You are usually weighing curriculum fit against a group with mixed starting points, checking whether funding schemes for employers apply, and trying to work out whether a provider can actually deliver consistently across more than one cohort. Marketing pages rarely make any of that easy to compare.

This section sets out two things worth understanding before you approach any provider. The first is how the SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit works for employers, since it is one of the more commonly referenced funding schemes for company-sponsored training and is often described loosely rather than accurately. The second is a set of practical questions to put to a prospective provider, covering accreditation, curriculum customisation, trainer experience, group size and what support (if any) continues after the course ends.

Neither guide ranks providers or tells you which one to choose. The aim is to help you ask sharper questions and read proposals more critically, whichever providers you end up considering.
