Editorial policy

This page sets out how we research, compare and cite information on aicourse.sg, and how we handle the fact that Heicoders Academy, one of the providers we cover, also owns this site.

Ownership and independence

aicourse.sg is owned by Heicoders Academy. We disclose this on our About page and in the footer of every page. Ownership does not determine the outcome of a comparison. Where a competing course or a different provider is the better fit for a reader's situation, we say so directly.

How we compare courses

Course comparisons are based on publicly available information: published curricula, accreditation status (such as WSQ recognition), course duration and mode, and listed fees. Where a page discusses a specific Heicoders course, it carries the same mandatory information required of any course advertisement, including the registered training provider name, UEN, course reference number, fees, duration and mode of training.

How we handle funding and subsidy information

Subsidy and funding guides name the specific scheme they relate to (such as SSG course fee subsidies, SkillsFuture Credit, IBF schemes, UTAP or PSEA) and use qualified language, since eligibility depends on individual circumstances. Where figures are illustrative rather than guaranteed, we say so.

What we do not publish

  • No promises of jobs, promotions or salary outcomes from taking any course.
  • No named individual case studies unless the person has given consent and the story is real; any worked example is otherwise hypothetical and marked as such.
  • No claims of guaranteed financial return from course fees or corporate training spend.

Course fees, subsidy rates and accreditation status change. If you spot something out of date, contact us and we will review it.
